Fair and Square responded quickly after Ian while the other two companies I tried, did not get back for a bid. They did a great job repairing many missing or bent soffits and a couple of sections of aged fascia. They were back the next day to finish a punch list and repair the drip edge and gutter on our pool house. All and all, a very good job when our association needed it the most.

Like many on Sanibel Island, I lost my roof to Hurricane Ian. My Homewatch guy recommended Fair & Square. First, they did a heroic job of installing a tarp on the missing portion of our roof before the causeway was repaired. That meant bringing men and material over on a small boat. Then, as soon as my insurance adjuster gave the green light for a roof replacement, they completed the work on time and for a reasonable cost. I keep hearing horror stories from other Sanibel residents about price gouging and roofers who are no-shows. But Kevin, Rusty, and their crew truly lived up to their company's name. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had nothing less than a magnificent experience with this company. The owner, Rusty, reached out to me personally and had a very hands-on and transparent approach.Given that I manage my rental property business in Lee County from Fort Lauderdale, Rusty made sure he communicated every move with me, sent me progress pictures and was very punctual and responsive. He even conducted a free roof inspection before sending me a proposal. The pricing was very fair as well! I would highly recommend Fair and Square Roofing LLC to every homeowner and landlord in the area!

I called and Jay worked around our hectic schedule to come out and give us a quote on a new roof. Of all the quotes we got, Fair and Square roofing was the lowest and most thorough. Jay was constantly trying to make things easier for me through the process and they weren’t pushy trying to up sell us on unnecessary material like other companies do. From start to finish the process took about 10 days! Jay was always helpful and accommodating. The roofers always cleaned up at the end of the day. Hopefully I don’t need another roof anytime soon but if another hurricane comes through and rips up my roof again I will definitely call Fair and Square Roofing to do the work!

I had a mysterious leak which 2 other roofers had failed to find and fix. Ramon and his great crew did water tests to determine where the intrusion was occurring, and promptly returned to make the repairs. While doing so, they noticed some dried out caulking that they repaired. The job was done very neatly, with no mess left. I will certainly call Fair and Square when I need any more roofing repairs.

Very personable, honest, and super efficient people to work with—they did an excellent job with our roof and and kept in contact, keeping us comfortable and informed throughout. There is at least one criminal roofing company out there who has scammed dozens and dozens of homeowners (and likely many more); it is a “good ol’ boy Kentucky outfit calling themselves “affordable”, but it will cost you dearly—Do your research before you hire. Fair & Square Roofing has restored our trust in Florida contractors—great experience, great company.
