Every re-roof in Florida needs a building permit, but who issues it depends on the address. Cities such as Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Sanibel and Naples run their own building departments. Unincorporated areas, like Lehigh Acres, go through Lee County, and unincorporated areas around Naples go through Collier County. We pull the right permit for your address and schedule the required inspections.
