Careers at Fair and Square Roofing

Working with us

Fair and Square Roofing is a Fort Myers roofing contractor that has replaced and repaired roofs across Southwest Florida since 2017. Our crews work on shingle, tile, metal and flat roofs, from routine leak repairs to full re-roofs after hurricanes.

The name is how we try to run the company: honest estimates for homeowners, and fair treatment for the people doing the work. When we hire, we look for people who show up when they say they will, work safely, keep a clean job site and take pride in a roof done right.

Roles we typically hire for

• Roofers and installers for shingle, tile and metal roofs
• Crew leads and foremen
• Roof repair technicians
• Estimators
• Office and administrative staff
