Full time job with commission compensation. A draw against commission can be discussed.

Full Job Description

BASIC JOB DUTIES:

• Follow-up with leads to make appointments
• Perform initial inspection
• Measure roof
• Discuss scope of work with homeowners
• Write contract based on the scope of work
• Prepare material (PO) Purchase Order
• Follow up with homeowner when job is complete to ensure satisfaction
• Accurately manage your sales funnel and job pipeline with (Acculynx) CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of roofing sales experience
• 1-3 years of estimation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work hard and manage multiple projects at a time
• Ambitious, highly motivated and confident
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Valid Florida Driver’s License is a must
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Salary: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
